His Opinion: I would definitely return next year but I would choose a room on a more accessible floor than 5.

I would hope that next year when I choose to dine alone at night in the restaurant I wouldn't be ignored again.

However overall the staff were lovely and aside from the fact that the bedding needs to feel crisp and fresh, I believe it was good value for money
